RESTRUCTURE—“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God” (Romans 12:1-2).
We must begin to live a changed life and lifestyle, and that requires transforming our minds, and not conforming to this world. I; therefore, challenge you to confront your life circumstances—what you do not confront, you cannot change. No one can save you except Jesus Christ—“You are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he; before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD, and beside me there is no Savior” (Isaiah 43:10-11).
Now the big step is accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior so that He can transform your mind and teach you the things of Himself; “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is DEATH; but to be spiritually minded is LIFE and PEACE.” (Rom. 8:5-6). We also understand that many of us that claim the title “Christian” are still living broken lives. We are here to guide you and to train you how to claim the promises of God and transform your life.
Reality Missions Ministry is born to that end, that is, to help you reanalyze, reevaluate, and restructure your current life circumstances be it alcohol, drugs, domestic violence, child abuse, overeating, gambling, sex addiction or misconduct, teenage pregnancy, depression, marital discord, or whatever unhealthy circumstance you have found yourself in.
We specifically understand that new converts, as well as those that are already “saved” need to be mentored into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. New Christians, or already practicing Christians must have their felt needs met in order to fulfill the Cross of Christ, and to reanalyze, reevaluate, and restructure their life. We are here to help. STEPS TO SALVATION: ROMANS 10:9-10
- Admit you are a sinner.
- Be willing to turn from sin.
- Believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead.
PRAY:
Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sins. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and my life as my personal Lord and Savior.
